Our management

The Managing Director and co-founder of medi1one, Ulrich Frick, holds a degree in business administration. He had already worked for some time in the homecare field prior to founding the company and can look back on many years of experience as a product and marketing manager at Tyco as well as homecare business unit manager at what was then Willy Rüsch AG, where he was responsible for the out-of-hospital market.

Since founding medi1one GmbH in 1998, Ulrich Frick has practiced the company motto of "Synergies are more successful" in his everyday life. For this is always the determining element in collaboration with medi1one's customers and business partners.

Our sales force - your specialist medical devices consultants

As regional managers, members of our sales force support their customers all over Germany and locally in person. They have a high level of expertise in the medical device industry and have been active on behalf of medi1one for many years. Their knowledge and experience enable them to provide the best possible response to customer enquiries.

Our Customer Service team - your medical devices specialists

Our Customer Service team consists of nine professionals who are available for our customers by telephone, fax or email every day. All team staff are specialist medical product consultants who are trained on a regular basis and who possess expert knowledge on our products. If you require advice on our products or would like assistance in making your selection, you have come to the right place.
